My first time in Cap d'Agde - Episode 2 - The village

Night view on the Waiki from Port Nature
Night view on the Waiki from Port Nature

Before getting into the heart of the matter, let me describe the entrance of the village. There is a gate and a reception desk. Holidaymakers have to show their credentials: they have to register with their identity card, and possibly their car registration card if they have a car, and go to the cashier of the Treasury (yes, it's the State that collects the money!) to be issued with the access card: the sesame!

The feeling when you pass the barrier of this village is so special the first time. A mixture of excitement and apprehension, curiosity and prejudice (yes, let's not be afraid to say it).

Once this famous barrier is passed, a totally new world opens up to us. A closed village of course, and naked people walking around in the most natural way.

Over the years, unfortunately, we have noticed that people were more and more dressed during the day. It is now necessary to go on the beaches to remember that one is in a naturist village. Well even if they are less naked, it is still a little funny to notice that some men wear only a tee-shirt without anything underneath, and that we can look at their little naked ass.

The village is composed of several zones (great interactive map here : https://www.cap-nat.com/hebergement-village-naturiste.html).

I give you a small description here because I would have liked to have it explained to me when I arrived.

After the barrier, there are several luxury hotels: "Natureva Spa" and "Oz'inn". I did not have the opportunity to visit them but they seem to offer magnificent services.

Also near the entrance is "Le Jardin de Babylone": a luxury residence exclusively for couples, which hosts pool parties on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. The "Garden of Eden" residence is almost its twin further down the village, in the heart of Heliopolis.

At the first traffic circle, ochre-colored riads are erected (the PLU is rather indulgent). The principle of their architecture is similar to their Moroccan counterparts: rooms are distributed around a central patio. These places are suitable for the organization of large private parties to which we were lucky enough to be invited. The entrance is free but the good manners encourage us to bring a bottle and some snacks.

We attended several private parties, and the atmosphere is really hot. We can really talk about orgy for the blow. Every part of the riad is transformed into a naughty corner. Couples and threesomes can even perform in the central patio. Too shy, I only sucked my man the first time.

We arrive by Port Ambonne: in the shape of a semicircle, this part shelters mainly small shops (mini-market, bakeries, butcher's shop, wine merchant, beautician, clothes stores), bars, a sauna, a dungeon (apparently the biggest in France), etc. There are also apartments above, on one or two floors. As the name suggests, this area overlooks the harbor.

On the other side of the harbor, a little off-center, is Port Soleil. Consisting of apartments, a hotel, and small villas for private parties, there are also some shops and restaurants. We had the chance to take some pictures in one of them ("Chez Joyce" at the time).

Even more out of the way is Port Venus which is composed of apartments, a few villas and a very nice pool. It's very quiet, far from the heart of the party, rather family oriented according to our experience. In distance with high heels, to have stayed there, it is really far!

Then, if we go back on our steps, after Port Ambonne (you still follow?), we arrive on Port Nature: according to me, it is the heart of the village. It is there that I preferred to stay: 4 summers on our 6 stays. The building looks a bit like an ocean liner. Courtyards run along the apartments and are conducive to impromptu aperitifs between neighbors, or people passing through. Of course, many single men walk along them in the hope of being invited. I myself tried the experience (don't die a fool) but it's not my preference... This area shelters bars, restaurants and shops.

We continue with Port Nature Village: they are small villas at the foot of the apartments of Port Nature. At the entrance is located the "Waiki beach" that I love: it is a bar / restaurant / swimming pool. There are also nightclubs under the Waïki: "Jul's", and another one whose name escapes me. At the very end of this part, there is another club / sauna: the "Tantra". I only went there once: the couple rate is very affordable (20€ at the time) but the atmosphere is how to say... very explicit, you have to like it! I respect this style but it's not for me.

At the end of Port Nature and Port Nature Village, we find the naturist beach. On this side, it is rather calm, family, there are some children.

Then we come across Heliopolis: similar to Port Ambonne, in the shape of a crown but more extensive. This area is home to shops and apartments, and especially the largest libertine club in Europe: the "Glamour".

On the surface, one part houses a nightclub with several dance floors, pole dance bars, and an outdoor area with several four-poster beds for naughtiness. The basement is divided into two areas: "threesomes" and "couples". As their names suggest, the "couples" area is for couples only and the "threesomes" area accepts single men and women. The decorations are magnificent, the alcoves are more or less large, more or less exposed. Some are equipped with beds and/or accessories (I was able to test a swing for example).

I must admit that the first time I visited the basement, my body reacted very favorably and there were a few candidates willing to take care of me, but I didn't feel ready. In addition, the darkness of the place did not allow us to know if the men were putting on their condoms correctly. That's why we never had sex in a club. To have fun yes, but not at any price. We respect those who do, but these are the limits we have set for ourselves.

During the day, a part of the outside area is dedicated to foam parties: foam is propelled on the participants, who rub each other in a very sensual way, without sometimes seeing each other. Very pleasant the first years where we appreciate the benevolence, the respect and the manners of each one, the atmosphere degraded there and I met over the years, men who came to caress me avidly without permission. I really felt like a piece of meat.

Beyond Héliopolis, if one goes along the beach, one finds the naturist camp-site Rene Oltra, of the name of its co-founder (with his brother Paul). It is the large zone on the village, partly at the origin of the creation of the naturist village besides. I have never been there because you have to stay there, or be invited; it seems that the atmosphere is very nice. You can rent a place for your tent or your caravan, or more or less luxurious mobile homes.

If we go further along the beach, we reach the "Bay of Pigs": this part of the beach is dedicated to debauchery. I don't think I'm wrong if I say that this place is unique in the world (maybe Burning-Man or Thailand can compete but I can't say). You can see extraordinary shows where exhibitionists and voyeurs complement each other perfectly: groups of men can masturbate around a couple in full action on the beach or in the sea. We see atypical gatherings in the water. We hear applause when a woman reaches an orgasm in a fountain. In short, to be seen once in a lifetime, without judgment and respecting the sexuality of each person of course.

Behind the Bay of Pigs, we find "the dunes". Going there as a woman is like becoming a mother duck: many lonely men follow you! I respect those whose trip it is, but it's not mine, to the disappointment of those who fell victim to my curiosity which was too light for their taste.

I have described the Cap d'Agde that we know. There are certainly places that I did not list here, either by forgetfulness or by ignorance.

We discovered this village 8 years ago, and have stayed there 6 times. We took a break for 2 consecutive years, because we no longer found the atmosphere we loved so much at the beginning.

The light made by the media has attracted a crowd that has not understood anything about libertinage. Where I used to feel like a fish in water when I was dressed sexy, with benevolent and greedy glances towards me, over the years, the glances have become concupiscent. I would have worn the same outfit outside the village, the effect would have been the same.

In short, I felt less and less comfortable and safe there. So I preferred to take a break for 2 years in a row. This allowed me to discover other regions like Italy or Savoie and that was not such a bad thing. But I missed the unique libertarian spirit of the village too much and so I went back.

But let's go back to this famous first time... Well, in the next post...
